Perched above Ocean Grove’s stunning coastline, The Dunes cafe and restaurant serves up delicious food and coffee, in a scenic and light filled space.
A clean, stylish approach was taken when creating the brand mark, evoking a contemporary feel and allowing the cafe to transition from relaxed, beach side cafe, to a formal evening event space. The colour and materiality of the collateral and signage draw on the cafes natural surroundings, inspired by textures and impressions made in the sand.
The kiosk branding takes a playful and nostalgic approach celebrating classic Australian summers. The joy of wandering up to the beachside kiosk, barefoot in your bathers, to delight in your favourite ice-cream…then devouring it as quickly as possible, before the hot Australian sun melts it in your hands!
